February
First up...The boys! They are incredible as always. Both are walking and talking and really starting to interact with each other. They chase one another around the house and laugh and squeal for hours. It's hilarious and heartwarming to watch. We hired a live in nanny named Amanda in January and she has been such a huge help to our family. The boys adore her and she love them back. I feel 100% at ease knowing she's taking care of them and I know we're very lucky to have that peace of mind. Of course it's been a transition having another adult in our home, but I think we're all adjusting very well!
I am officially a student nurse and loving it. My heart leaps with joy knowing that I've found my calling. I am not a huge fan of school, but I love learning this! It's knowledge I will use for the rest of my life and I feel very fortunate to be in such a highly respected program. I look forward to our Maternal/Fetal sections and clinicals next semester because that's where my loyalties lie and I can't wait to be on the other side taking care of my patients as well as the amazing women that inspired me to do this in the first place. In addition to being a full time student, I'm working full time at a private emergency room about 30 minutes from home. I love the staff and the atmosphere is surprisingly laid back and allows me to get most of my school work done. I'm so thankful to my best friend for getting me in with this great company.
Matt is adjusting very well to my frequent absence. We pretty much see each other in passing most days and he's done so well considering how often we used to be together. We both realize this is what's best for our family long term and we're tuffing it out for the next few years to get to "the good life". His work is same old, same old. There's been talk of them moving him, but no action, so we just wait and see.
That's pretty much the general gist of our life right now. I've been so busy we really haven't taken many pictures lately (BAD MOMMY), but the boys did get a haircut this week and OMG, they look adorable. I did take pictures of that and I'll get those uploaded ASAP so you guys can all oogle with me :). Hopefully I'll be able to pop in sooner than April, but don't count your chickens!

Solids!
They are not loving rice cereal, but we're still giving it a few more shots for swallow practice before we move on to veggies.

A day in our life

Peeking at each other through the divider...Tyler has figured out how to get his little hand under there to antagonize his brother.
I could have died laughing when I saw this
Hilarious! We don't know how he managed this.
Play Time
Parker and Tyler love to lay together and look at each other
Izzy is always concerned when the babies are making noise
All bundled up and ready to go
Meal Time

I promise they don't normally eat like this. When we get really desperate and they both need to eat NOW I'll feed them in their carseats and hold the bottles. I just needed to prop them to get a picture.
